Booking your ride

Your reservation is confirmed when AP Black Car Service LLC sends your written booking confirmation. Please check the date, local pickup time, addresses, passengers and luggage. An inquiry or acceptance of a quote does not by itself confirm a reservation.

Prices and payment

Before you book, we provide the price, payment deadline, any required deposit and a clear explanation of what is included. Hourly rates apply only to hourly bookings. Extra stops, waiting, parking, tolls, child seats and meet-and-greet cost extra only when explained and agreed. Gratuities are optional. Any required service charge is listed separately before you accept. Use our payment link; never email card numbers.

For new bookings, full payment must be received no later than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. For reservations made less than 24 hours before pickup, full payment is due at booking. Your written quote and confirmation state the exact payment deadline in the pickup timezone. The cancellation policy applies separately; payment timing does not extend the free-cancellation deadline. Existing reservations retain their accepted terms.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

If your plans change, call or text 949-813-1069, or email reservations@apblackcarservices.com. Include your name and reservation details. Cancellation timing is based on when we receive your request. We will acknowledge it; call if pickup is approaching and you have not received a response. Your confirmation states the cancellation deadline and any charge before you accept. Cancellation charges apply only under the terms disclosed and accepted before booking. Changes depend on availability. If we cannot provide the confirmed service and you decline an alternative, we refund the portion not provided. Refunds go to the original payment method. Existing bookings keep their accepted terms.

For new bookings accepted from October 16, 2026: free cancellation is available at least 24 hours before pickup for Full Size SUV — Chevy Suburban, Black on Black, GMC Yukon, Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator and standard luxury sedans; at least 72 hours before pickup for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans; and at least 7 days before pickup for party buses, stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Lamborghini and other specialty vehicles. After the applicable deadline, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booked transportation price, excluding optional gratuities and expenses not incurred. The exact deadline, including pickup timezone, and fee are disclosed before acceptance and included in the written confirmation. Existing reservations keep their accepted terms. If AP Black cannot provide the confirmed service and you decline an alternative, we refund the portion not provided.

Pickup, waiting and delays

We explain your meeting point, included waiting time and extra waiting rate in the confirmation. Keep your phone available. If you cannot find your driver, call or text 949-813-1069 before leaving. We try to contact you and allow the agreed waiting period before treating a ride as a no-show. Any charge follows your accepted terms. Traffic, weather and security checks can cause delays; allow extra travel time.

Airports, private flights and CBX

Send your flight number and arrival details, or your private aviation FBO and aircraft details. Tell us about flight changes. We confirm how delays affect pickup and waiting. Meet-and-greet is arranged in advance for an extra fee. Airport and cruise-port rules determine pickup locations. CBX pickups are on the U.S. side only. You are responsible for travel documents and border procedures.

Hourly rides, events and groups

For meetings, shopping, weddings, prom, nightlife, tours, concerts, sports and theme parks, we confirm your itinerary, minimum hours and overtime rate. A return ride or driver waiting during an event must be booked. Vans, limousines, buses and special events may have different terms, shown before acceptance. Minors need an agreed responsible adult and any required safety arrangements. No underage drinking; other alcohol use must follow the law and operator rules.

Safety, families and accessibility

Everyone needs a seat and seat belt. Tell us about luggage, child-seat and mobility needs before booking. Required child restraints must be available and used correctly. Suitable vehicles and equipment are confirmed in advance. Qualified service animals are welcome as required by law without a pet fee. No smoking, vaping, illegal drugs or abusive behavior. Unsafe trips may be stopped. Passenger-caused damage or unusual cleaning is charged only at reasonable documented cost.

Your Car, Our Driver

You provide an authorized, roadworthy, registered and suitably insured vehicle with enough fuel or charge. Before booking, you and AP Black Car Service must verify the applicable insurance arrangements for a paid chauffeur; coverage is not assumed. We agree on hours, expenses and vehicle return. The driver may decline an unsafe vehicle. No racing or track use. Responsibility for damage depends on the facts and applicable coverage.

Special services and partner vehicles

Luxury and exotic options are Southern California hourly services, subject to suitability and availability. Other destinations may use local partners. Vehicle images are representative; your assigned vehicle is confirmed with your reservation. Material substitutions are discussed with you, with an adjusted price or refund where appropriate. Long-distance trips include agreed stops and safe driver rest. Appointment rides are transportation, not medical care; arrange any required caregiver or discharge escort. VIP service does not include security protection. Packages and art require advance agreement on contents, packaging, value, handling and coverage.

Privacy and customer care

We use your details to arrange and communicate about your ride, and share necessary information with the assigned driver, partner and service providers. Website inquiries use FormSubmit; email may use our mailbox and Resend. We do not sell booking details or publish client photos or reviews without permission. Applicable legal rights remain unchanged.

How do I receive a quote and confirm my ride?

Send your itinerary using the inquiry form, email, call, or text. Our team reviews availability and responds with pricing and reservation details. Sending an inquiry is not a booking confirmation.

How much luggage can my vehicle carry?

Tell us your passenger count and bag sizes. Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle and seating arrangement, so we confirm it with each quote.

What are the waiting and cancellation terms?

Ask for the terms with your quote. Waiting time, changes, minimum hours, and cancellation conditions are confirmed for your particular itinerary and destination before booking.

Where are the specialty vehicles available?

Check the service area on the vehicle listing. Vehicles marked Southern California only are offered for hourly service only. Where do I meet my chauffeur at the airport?

Share your flight number and request curbside pickup or meet-and-greet service, available for an additional charge. We confirm the terminal, meeting point, any added charges, and pickup instructions directly. Airport rules and available arrangements vary.

Can I request child seats or accessibility assistance?

Child car seats are $20 each; booster seats are $10 each. Tell us each child’s age, height, weight and seating needs, mobility or accessibility requirements. We confirm suitable equipment and vehicle arrangements before booking. Adapted vehicles and special equipment are not assumed to be available.

What should I check in my quote?

Ask for the full price, including any applicable taxes, tolls, parking, waiting time, gratuity, extra stops, hourly minimums, and return travel. Confirm what is included and what may cost extra before agreeing.

How do I change an itinerary or request a receipt?

Call or email with your reservation details. Changes, cancellations, return travel, and receipt requests are handled directly; availability and any charges are confirmed for the reservation.

How are inquiry details sent?
